When I was pregnant, I expected sleep to get harder once the baby arrived, but I didn’t expect insomnia to hit months before. When I looked for help, every solution felt clinical or just not made for me. No one was offering effective treatments tailored to what I was actually going through.

It made me realize that traditional sleep care isn’t designed for women.

Whether it’s pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal shifts, menopause, or just the invisible load we carry every day, women face unique hormonal, biological and psychological challenges that disrupt sleep. But many solutions out there overmedicalize the problem or oversimplify it, leaving too many women stuck in cycles of exhaustion and self-blame.

That’s why we created Orygin.
